答:整个学习过程中主要都是学生听从指令自己完成各项动作,老师可能会在放松身体的环节提供一点点轻柔的帮助,其他时候只是给出指令指导学生完成动作。

Q:Will the instructor do the eyes relaxation method for students during the learning period?
A: Student will be responsible for following the instructions during the whole period. The instructor may provide a little bit gentle touch to help the students to deeply relax the body, other than that, instructor would only instructing the student to do the practice, which is also very gentle.

问:为什么学习的时候只做一只眼睛?
答:有几个原因。只做一只眼睛有助于集中注意力,而且完成以后可以比较出两只眼睛的不同。更重要的是学成第二等级以后,最好一次只做一只眼,所以最好从一开始就只做一只眼。

Q: Why we only work on one eye in the class?
A: There are several reasons for this. Only focus on one eye would help focus our attentions, also it give us the chance to compare the difference between two eyes to see more clearly how much has been changed. More important, when student has reached learning stage 2, it’s highly recommended that you only do one eye at a time, so it’s better to only focus on one eye at the very beginning.

问:为什么学成第二等级以后一次只做一只眼?
答:因为两只眼睛可能感觉程度有差异,尤其是两眼状况不一样的时候,比如一只眼视力好一些,如果同时做,那么视力更好的眼睛更容易产生大的变化,由此可能加大两眼视力差异。

Q: Why only work on one eye at one time after reaching learning stage 2?
A: This is due to the possible different reactions between the two eye when doing the practice if you doing two eyes together. This is especially likely to happen when the two eyes are of different conditions. If this difference in reaction happens, keeping on doing two eyes at the same time may deepen the existing differences between the two eyes. Therefore, only one eye at one time.

问:达到第一学成等级以后,我应该多久做一次?
答:在没有达到第二学成等级以前,可以每天做一次,而且可以两眼一起做,最好在睡前做。

Q: What’s the recommended frequency for practice after reaching learning stage 1?
A: Before reaching learning stage 2, it is recommended to do it no more than once every day before sleep. Once reached learning stage 2, unless supervised by a eye specialist, must not do the practice on one eye for more than twice a week.

问:达到第二学成等级以后,我应该多久做一次?
答:如果只是预防近视,建议每只眼一个月做一次。如果已经近视,需要根据近视程度和眼球疲劳程度调整,推荐一只眼一周做1-2次。具体调整数据要看使用者眼睛日常使用后的疲劳程度而定,最好是能在一两个月内保持视力不变。请务必密切留意两眼的视力变化,以及经常去眼科医生或验光师处复查。

Q: What’s the recommended frequency for practice after reaching learning stage 2?
A: if it’s just for preventing myopia, once a month for one eye. If already nearsighted, adjusting from 1-2 times a week according to the easy fatigue level and the change of eyesight. Best result would be maintaining the same eyesight level at a period of one to two months. It’s very important to keep close eyes on changes of eye sight and have official eyes check frequently.

本方法的适用人群:

如何学习这个方法:

需要1-2次课的学习,每课时长大约45-60分钟。

试课地点:Castle Hill,

试课安排在2019年一月。
试课费用:每人$15。
每次试课的内容一样,目标是帮助学生完成以下1-2个学成等级:
学成等级一:
任何可以认真执行基本指令的学生,可以学完基本放松操作,并且有希望马上看到视力提高。
学成等级二:
不仅可以完成基本动作,并且能够遵循指导顺利建立大脑与眼部的直接连接从而深度放松眼球。这时不仅可以马上看到视力提高,而且以后可以快速深度放松眼部紧张。

请注意: 所有可以完成基本指令的学生可以学成第一等级,但是并非所有人能够顺利学成第二等级。对身体感知能力越高的学生越有希望学成第二等级。学成第二等级后,放松眼部紧张的深度和速度与第一等级相比都有明显提高。

A revolutionary way to relax your eyes— See the difference in just 5 minutes!

The suitable group for this method:

  • Children not nearsighted yet, however are of high risk of myopia. For example, both parents are nearsighted. This method may help them maintain good eyesight as long as possible, and hopefully delays or even avoiding wearing glasses.
  • Children already nearsighted. By releasing the tightened eyeball muscles regularly, this method may help to maintain eyesight at current level and may even help to improve the eyesight.

How to learn the method:

Expected learning period is just one to two sessions, each session is 45-60 minutes.

Lessons will be held in Jan/2019 at Castle Hill area.
Fee for trial lesson is $15 per child.
Contents for each trial lesson are the same. The goal for each trial lesson is to facilitate students to accomplish the following 1-2 learning stages:
Learning Stage One:
Every student that can following basic instructions would be able to learn basic relaxation method for the eyes and the whole body, and can expect instant improvement of eyesight.
Learning Stage Two:
Students that can not only following the basic instructions, but also can successfully build tangible direct connections between brain and eyeball, therefore can achieve deeper and quicker relaxation for the eyeball. To this stage, not only instant eyesight improvement can be expected, also relaxing eyes in the future would be much eaiser.

Please be advised that every student that can following basic instructions would be able to accomplish Learning Stage One, however, not everyone can achieve Learning Stage Two. The more sensitivity and awareness of the body, the more possibility to achieve Learning Stage Two. When student accomplishes Learning Stage Two, the whole relaxation of eyes would be obviously deeper and quicker in the future.
